It feels like yesterday that we were writing to you about what was on in September, and yet it’s been a whole month, time flies when are are having fun! It is slightly alarming to think that in 2 newsletters time, we will be wishing you a Merry Christmas!

As always, a reminder to stay safe on course. With the warmer weather, snakes are sunning themselves and those protective magpies are defending their nests, so please be safe (and wear your sunscreen, hats and sunnies, that is important too!)

Roast & Raffle Night
You have spoken (and we have listened!) It seems roasts and raffles are a real winner.

Sunday Session
It’s been a while since we have had a Sunday Session, but everyone has been asking when they are coming back!
The first Sunday of our Festival of Golf is our first Sunday Session in a while so come and kick back on the balcony with live music from Matt Giri on Sunday 22nd October from 2pm.
Might be a great time to try our beer of the month, Balter Cerveza – Spanish for Great Australian-Made Mexican Lager Beer, $7 stubbie or can.

Doing it for Jarrod Day
Monday 23rd October is our annual Doing it for Jarrod Day, honouring the late golfing great, Jarrod Lyle. Challenge and the PGA of Australia united to create the Doing it for Jarrod Day to continue Jarrod’s legacy of supporting children and families living with cancer. Since its inaugural year in 2019, #DoingItForJarrod has turned golf clubs into a sea of yellow and this year will be no exception, with Coffs Harbour Golf Club participating every year. Wear your brightest yellow and bring a gold coin donation, raising funds for Jarrod’s Gift, life changing support for families navigating their own cancer journeys.
