We are looking for a Front of House Supervisor!

With recent renovations being undertaken throughout the Club and having hosted international and national golfing events, the Club is in an exciting growth stage and gaining a reputation as a prestigious golf club and course. About you – If you are hardworking, motivated, passionate about customer service, enthusiastic, have initiative and go above and beyond, we want to hear from you! As part of this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Front of House Manager with:
- Front of house duties including bar and café service, cash handling and excellent customer service
- Function experience from set up to supervision on the night
- Catering, cafe and front of house experience
- Basic food prep and handling
- Beer, wine and cocktail making experience
- Barista coffee training
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- RSA/RCG
- Positive attitude
- Flexible and willing to take on more shifts

To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Be customer focused and passionate about delivering high quality service
- Function experience
- Have a good experience of all bar and cellar operations
- Have strong leadership skills with proven success in leading, training and motivating a team
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Have good communication & interpersonal skills with proven success in being able to work with a diverse range of people and roles
- Be motivated and have the initiative to excel in your role while also being a team player and helping your team mates reach the Club’s common goals
- Hold current RSA and RCG Certifications
