It is going to be a scorcher today so please remember to stay sun safe – slip on a long sleeve protective shirt, slop of your sunscreen, slap on your hat, seek shade where possible and slide on your sunglasses.
It is going to be over 30 degrees so please remember if you are out on course, stay hydrated (with water!) and if you are concerned about the heat, use your own discretion on whether or not to play.
