SCORING WITH MISCORE HELP
RESPONSIBILITY OF PLAYER WHO STOPS PLAYING
The player must restart the app by selecting MENU in the top right-hand corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the far bottom and selecting RESTART APP.
Confirm you would like to restart MiScore
A message saying Unsubmitted scores detected, would you like to continue scoring?
Select DELETE
This player must then inform a member of the committee either by text or placing a note in the score card return box next to the scanners. If there is no indication why the player pulled out then he/she will be recorded as a NSNA.
ONCE A PLAYER WITHDRAWS FROM A GROUP, THE REMAINING PLAYERS SHOULD FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS
In a group of four, the three remaining players need to go back to the first hole they played and hit ‘Back’ at the top left and reselect their player partners so that each of the remaining players is scoring and being scored – a standard 3-way swap. Then continue scoring, your new playing partners scores should already be filled in.
In a group a of three, the player who was scoring the player who left needs to go back to the first hole they played, hit back at the top left, reselect the other remaining player, then continue scoring as normal.
PROBLEMS ON COURSE WHEN SCORING
Most problems can be solved by restarting the app. Ideally players phones will be fully charged, but it is probably a good idea to carry a portable charger.
