Q: Will there be parking on the day?
A: FREE parking will be available at the Coffs Harbour Racecourse at 62 Howard St, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450. A complimentary shuttle bus service will operate each tournament day from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, with stops at the racecourse, C.ex Club and Coffs Harbour Golf Club. Parking at the Club will be for players, volunteers and staff.

Q. How do I collect my shirt?
A. Shirts can be collected from the Clubhouse on Monday 10th March, 2.00pm – 4.00pm and Tuesday 11th March, 3.00pm – 5.30pm.
Q. I don’t know what my role involves?
A: The Volunteer Information Sheet gives you a comprehensive overview of roles and responsibilities.
Q. Can I use an electric buggy?
A: Yes, volunteer caddies are allowed to use their electric buggies however they can’t have additional functions such as maps on screen or similar.
Q: Do I leave the rakes outside the bunker?
A. LET have advised that they wish to have rakes left outside the bunkers. Volunteer caddies to lay rake beside the bunker (rough side) in the direction of the green.
Q: How do I use the PDA scoring device?
A: Click HERE for an instruction sheet. There will also be a briefing on the day.
Q: Where do I park?
A: Parking is at the Race Course and shuttle buses will be running to and from the Club from 6.30am. This is where you park UNLESS you have been told otherwise.
