Coffs Harbour Golf Club has three different layouts for golfers to experience, each course prepared to the same high standard. Week in week out, the course is in excellent condition due to its fairway watering system, dedicated greens staff and local great climate. You will be presented with big city standards while enjoying small town charm that will make you feel right at home.

Visitor Access to Competitions

All visitors seeking to play in a competition must be 15 years of age or older and hold a Golf Australia number and handicap.

The following competitions are held at the Coffs Harbour Golf Club each week, dependent on course availability. Booking for competitions can be made directly with the Pro Shop by ringing 66523244 Ext 1. 

Tuesday: Medley & Ladies 9 Hole

Wednesday: Ladies Day

Thursday: Men’s Day   

Friday: Medley

Saturday: Men’s and Ladies Members only  

Sunday: Medley

Conditions of Entry:

  • Visitors may play in any Club Medley competitions. Ladies may also play in the Tuesday 9-hole competition and Wednesday 18-hole competition.
  • Thursday Men’s competition is open to visitors in non-winter months, with members guest only in winter months. Note – visitors can book in winter three days out if spots are available.   
  • Saturday Men’s and Ladies competitions are a member only competition, however visitors can book three days out if spots are available. 

 Cadet Players (Under 15 Years)

  • The Club does not accept competition bookings for visitors under 15 years old. All visitors must be identified as 15 years or over at the time of booking, either via phone or email.

Social Golf Club Members with Golf Link Handicaps Policy

  • Eligibility to Play
    Social Golf Club members with valid Golf Link handicaps are welcome and encouraged to play golf at Coffs Harbour Golf Club (CHGC) at any time, including during competition play, provided tee times are available and the play is approved by the Club Captain.
  • Definition of Social Golf Club Members
    Social Golf Club members are defined as individuals who hold a valid Golf Link handicap through a club that does not have a “physical” golf course available for daily use by its members.
  • Competition Participation
    While Social Golf Club members with Golf Link handicaps may play in competitions, subject to Visitors provisions, they are not eligible to compete for prizes in members’ competitions.
  • Fee Structure
    Social Golf Club members playing at CHGC will be charged standard social green fees. They will not be charged competition fees.
