It is almost that time again, magpie season! We have had reports of swooping on the 20th.
A reminder to be extra vigilant around the area and follow our magpie safety tips.
MAGPIE SAFETY –
Wear a hat, sunglasses and shelter under umbrella to protect head and eyes in areas known to have swooping magpies
Walk, don’t run from the area
Walk in a group
Don’t provoke or harass the magpie, it is only protecting its young
