Final Volunteer Roster
Hi Volunteers,
Please see below a final roster for Friday – Sunday. As you can appreciate coordinating over one hundred volunteers is a huge mission for our volunteer coordinator so from now on, any changes to the attached roster, will be sorted on the day.

As you would have been advised in your volunteer briefing, parking will be at the Race Course with shuttle buses running to and from the Club UNLESS you have been advised otherwise.
From here on in it will be all hands on deck to ensure the successful running of the tournament so phone calls and emails may go unmonitored, please see a list of the most common questions we are getting below –
Q: I can no longer volunteer or I need to change my shift?
A: Attached is the latest roster, any changes will be dealt with on the day
Q: I don’t know what is required of me?
A: Please see a volunteer information sheet below. Please arrive 15mins prior to your shift and your Volunteer Coordinator will brief you on what you are to expect on the day.
Q: Where do I park?
A: Parking is at the Race Course and shuttle buses will be running to and from the Club from 6.30am. This is where you park UNLESS you have been told otherwise.
Q: I don’t have my shirt?
A: Shirts can be collected at Reception. Please remember we are a small team and we will mostly be assisting on the floor or on course from this afternoon, so if you haven’t collected your shirt, please make arrangements to do it as soon as possible.
Q: I would like another shirt?
A: Unfortunately we were only sent a certain number of shirts, while we will do everything we can to issue multiple shirts, please let us ensure all volunteers have a suitable shirt before we reissue extras.
