Shirt Collection
You can collect your volunteer shirt from the Clubhouse during the below times –
Monday 10th March – 2.00pm – 4.00pm
Tuesday 11th March – 3.00pm – 5.30pm
Electric Buggies
Yes, volunteer caddies are allowed to use their electric buggies however they can’t have additional functions such as maps on screen or similar.
Bunkers – rakes outside the bunker
LET have advised that they wish to have rakes left outside the bunkers. Volunteer caddies to lay rake beside the bunker (rough side) in the direction of the green.
Out of Bounds – Spotters
Golf NSW are trying to source flags for spotters to use to signal if the ball is safe or out of bounds. We will update closer to the event.
IMPORTANT
- If you are a volunteer and are not receiving emails, please email marketing@coffsharbourgolfclub.com.au
- If you have let us know you are unavailable, can you please carefully check the roster and ensure you have been removed.
- Please carefully check your roster, if you have expressed your interest in volunteering but cannot see yourself on the roster, please reply email.
- If you can no longer volunteer please let us know at your earliest convenience by reply email so we can fill your spot.

We know there is a lot of information to cover however please don’t stress, there will be a short briefing before your shift for you to ask any questions.
