COVID-19 Update – Saturday Competitions

A thank you to all members that played in today’s Saturday competition. Everyone was abiding by the social distancing rules and following instructions. A reminder to members to not turn up more than 20 minutes before golf especially during the busy cross over periods as it can cause congestions on the putting green and around the Proshop.

As a response to how well today’s competition ran and in an effort to increase access to members on Saturday we will be changing all Saturday timesheets to a three tee start including this Saturday 4th April 2020. Timesheets will remain with 10 minute intervals and three players per group. The timesheet will open on Monday morning at 10am.

For those players already booked your names will be moved into the new timesheet and the competition fee will be added to your members account. If you need to change your time please contact the office on Monday.

For all new bookings you will be required to pay at the time of booking. Note this will only apply to Saturdays due to the increased number of players. Below are screen shots of the process you need to follow.

Go to the booking sheet and select your tee time as normal. Add your players and carts. Please note carts will be paid for at the Proshop on the day. Please take note of the timer on the top right hand side of the screen. If you take longer than 180 seconds to process your credit card payment your booking will be deleted. Click confirm booking.


Review your booking; please note payment is credit card only. Click pay now.

Add in your credit card details including credit card number and expiry date, click confirm.

You will receive a booking confirmation email similar to the below. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk folder. We are encouraging all members to check your booking after the process to ensure it has gone through. Please note if you need to cancel, call the Proshop or reception to cancel your booking and a refund will go on your member account.

Important Notes:
If you do not process payment at the time of booking your booking will deleted from the timesheet. If you take longer than 180 seconds to process your credit card payment your booking will be deleted. We are encouraging all members to check your booking after the process to ensure it has gone through.
