Bunker update from Matt
When the Kustom bind bunkering project began, a trial of Zoysia grass as the bunker perimeter was conducted on one bunker on the RHS of the 26th Green. The trial was successful, and the decision was made that all bunkers converted thereafter would have Zoysia planted around the perimeter. The bunkers on holes 21, 22, 23, 24 and 26 were redesigned with the Kustom bind liner at the same time as the trial was undertaken. To continue the theme throughout the course, the above-mentioned bunkers have been sprayed out to eliminate the couch grass perimeter. Work will commence on Monday to remove this material and Zoysia will be planted around the perimeter commencing approximately Tuesday next week.
