Australian Women’s Classic Survey Results
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback regarding hosting the Australian Women’s Classic in 2026.
As with any major decision the Club makes, our members provide us with the most valuable feedback and we base our decisions on the benefit to our members and the Club.
280 members participated and 82.21% strongly support or support the Club hosting the Australian Women’s Classic in 2026. 75.27% of responders believe that hosting the event again would be beneficial to the Club. Watching world class golf and the exposure and prestige of the Club were the main aspects of the 2025 that members enjoyed.
12.46% of respondents indicated they did not support the event being held again. The main reasons given were fairly evenly split between disruption to regular golf activities, the demand on Club resources and volunteers, and concerns about financial implications.

The survey results will assist the Board in determining if they wished to tender to hold the event in 2026 and no such decision has yet to be made.
