Coffs Harbour Golf Club is looking for Front of House Manager to join our team!

With recent renovations being undertaken throughout the Club and having hosted international and national golfing events, the Club is in an exciting growth stage and gaining a reputation as a prestigious golf club and course. About You – If you are hardworking, motivated, passionate about customer service, enthusiastic, have initiative and go above and beyond, we want to hear from you! As part of this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all Front of House including bar, cellar and catering facilities, stock management, staffing, rostering and working towards KPI’s. You will be managing a catering and bar team with the freedom and encouragement to make the role your own, we love motivated people who have new ideas! This is a hands-on role where you will always be doing something different; whether you are assisting with function set up or creating a new promotion, you will be managing a diverse range of tasks. This is a very non-typical hospitality role where you won’t be working until late at night, the Club closes before 9pm most week nights, only requiring a later close for functions. The role offers flexibility of shifts allowing you the work life balance needed for family and other commitments.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Be customer focused and passionate about delivering high quality service
- Be experienced with ordering and managing stock
- Have experience rostering staff effectively
- Proven ability to work within budgets
- Have a good experience of all bar and cellar operations
- Have strong leadership skills with proven success in leading, training and motivating a team
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Have good communication & interpersonal skills with proven success in being able to work with a diverse range of people and roles
- Be motivated and have the initiative to excel in your role while also being a team player and helping your team mates reach the Club’s common goals
- Hold current RSA and RCG Certifications
