President’s Message
Last October on behalf of the Club, I submitted a grant application to the State Government for $208,504.00 to enable the Club to replace the aged tiled roof, and install a new solar system.
It gives me great pleasure to announce that I have been notified by The Hon. Kevin Anderson MP Minister for Lands and Water and Minister for Hospitality and Racing that the application has been successful.
This is wonderful news for the Club, and I would like to thank our Local Member Gurmesh Singh for his support during the process.
The Club will now move on to have the Roof replacement commenced in April, and finish the external cladding on the northern and eastern side of the Clubhouse.
