CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- The handicap limits are: GA BOYS 36; GA GIRLS- 45.

- The Rules of Golf, the local rules of North Ryde Golf Club and these conditions, shall apply. The local rules appear on the scorecard and the notice board adjacent to the 1st tee.
- Metal spikes are not permitted. Penalty: Disqualification.
- In the event of a tie for the major scratch trophies, the Junior Amateur Cup (Boys or Girls), the winner will be decided by a three-hole play-off. If the scores are still equal, the trophy will then be decided by a sudden-death play-off. Ties for all other trophies will be decided using the GA count back system. If more than two players are in the play-off, the position of Runner-up will be decided by the GA count back system.
- Players are limited to winning one individual trophy each. A competitor may also win teams, nearest the pin and longest drive trophies.
- Team Events: There will be a trophy for the team with the best scratch and net scores. Teams will be made up of three members from the same Club. Each Club may nominate the make-up of its team, or teams. If a Club does not nominate a team and has more than three members in the field, that Club will automatically be entered in the Teams events. If there are sufficient numbers for more than one team, players will, unless otherwise nominated by the Club, be placed in teams in handicap order, with the lowest handicappers making up the first team.
- Players shall report to the Pro Shop at least 20 minutes prior to their allocated tee-time.
- All players, including those who use carry bags, must carry a sand bucket.
- Slow play will not be tolerated. Officials will monitor the pace of play and penalties will be strictly enforced. First offence: Warning; Second Offence; 2 stroke penalty. Third offence: Disqualification
